ESPN.com is reporting that Rob Scuderi is going to test the free agent waters when they open up Wednesday. It may be in Pittsburgh's best interest to either try to sign Philippe Boucher to a 1 year deal, or simply hold the cap space till later in the season to make a trade for a bigger name.
